Training & Development

We recognise the need to provide the highest quality service to our clients through the services of well-trained and qualified professionals. As such, our firm spends a high percentage of its annual budget in training its staff. Regular structured in-house training courses and seminars by industry professionals and the firm’s Training & Practice Development Department are provided to the staff of the firm to equip them with the essential knowledge and skills to perform their duties more effectively and efficiently. The trainings include technical and professional related areas so as to ensure our staff are updated with the latest development in the profession and business environment. The staff of the firm are also encouraged to pursue professional accreditation from esteemed professional accounting bodies such as:-

  • The Malaysian Institute of Certified Public Accountants (MICPA)
  • The Association of Certified Chartered Accountants (ACCA)
  • CPA Australia

Besides ensuring training needs are constantly met, the career path of our staff is also closely monitored to provide them with a career path that mutually benefits both the firm and the staff. These together with opportunities to be involved in various professional assignments forms a major component of the firm’s commitment towards staff retention and continuity.

As part of our continuous commitment to ensure and comply with quality requirement and standards in our work performed, we have participated in MIA’s peer review over the years. We have attained the “Grade 1” mark from MIA upon completion of the review which testifies to the high quality of our processes and documentation procedures practiced by the firm in our engagements.
